The beauty inspiration at the Honor fall show was a “debutante [that] falls in love with a George Harrison bad boy and they go on a ‘trip’ together.” The result? An electric wing that was as playful as the candy-coated clothing.
Makeup artist Polly Osmond used Kevyn Aucoin Cosmetics to create the good-girl-gone-bad look for the show. To create the wings, Osmond went over the lids with Kevyn Aucoin’s eye pencil in Defining Navy and shimmer shadow in Lapis. Lashes were then curled and given multiple coats of both the Essential and Volume mascaras to achieve the desired spidery look.
“We kept it very natural everywhere else,” Osmond said. “On the lips we used a gloss with a little bit of matte on top for a just a bit of color.”
